Course Structure

Until Christmas we’re doing 4 units.

1 Visual and Camera Skills (Max and Simon)

2 Design and Research (Nick and Simon)

3 Careers and working in the media industry (Tom and Emma)

4 Genre, narrative and representation (Tom and Emma)

These will be assessed as pass or fail. We will tell you unit deadlines when you have to have all the work complete, and you will be given a draft deadline too. It is your responsibility to make sure all the work is on the blog and displays properly.

After Christmas we will do units

5 Audio

6 Visual

7 Interactive

And then after Easter unit 8, the Final Major Project, assessed as pass, merit or distinction.

You cannot start unit 8 unless you have finished all previous units.
